Brenn Alexander serves as Corporate Counsel at Vibrantz Technologies Inc. since April 2023, focusing on corporate governance, commercial matters, labor and employment, regulatory compliance, and litigation. Prior experience includes an Associate Attorney role at Marks & Klein, where work involved corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial leasing, as well as at Morrison Mahoney LLP, handling a diverse range of claims in commercial and employment law. Additional positions include Associate Attorney at Callagy Law and Isaacson & Raymond PA, with responsibilities spanning business law, family law, real estate, and civil litigation. Brenn's earlier experiences include legal internships and a law clerk position at the University of Maine School of Law. Brenn holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Maine School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Occupational Therapy from Husson University.
