Deva Kumar Adigopula is a Senior Technical Consultant at Epicon, with a wealth of experience spanning over two decades in the IT and telecommunications sectors. Prior to joining Epicon in October 2022, Deva served as a Principal Consultant at Infosys, focusing on ServiceNow cloud migration projects for Optus. With a significant tenure at Optus from 2009 to 2019 as an OSS Technical Specialist, Deva specialized in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of monitoring systems and applications. Previous roles include ITSM consulting at Hewlett-Packard and OSS engineering at Ericsson, supported by strong academic credentials with a Master's in Information Technology from UNSW and a Bachelor's in Electronics & Communications from Gulburga University.
