Yulia Koltun is a seasoned healthcare consultant with extensive experience at Epic since 2010. Key roles include overseeing UNC Health's Community Connect initiatives, managing EHR activities for M Health Fairview, and leading the development of an integrated Health-Social platform for the Finnish welfare system. Yulia has also held positions as Implementation Director and Senior Project Manager, emphasizing strategic partnerships and operational improvements, earning recognition through the Mission Impossible and Capstone Awards. Earlier career experiences include Innovators Program Fellow at the Deshpande Foundation and Research Assistant for maternal and child health.
