Nicole Erso is an Implementation Specialist at Epic since 2021, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles, including Operation Manager for Translation Services at Affordable Language Services from 2014 to 2021, where strategic and daily operations were directed, and a strong focus on customer and linguist communication was maintained. Also at Affordable Language Services, Nicole excelled as an Account Executive, achieving an 80% close rate and a 98% Net-promoter score, while as a Project Manager, managed over 200 client translation projects with exceptional on-time delivery and customer satisfaction rates. Prior experience includes sales at Nordstrom and program development at the Elk Grove Park District. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics from Miami University.
