Michael Altamura has extensive experience in the energy and maintenance sectors, currently serving as a Pipeline Controller at Epic Energy South Australia Pty Ltd since September 2009, overseeing the Moomba to Adelaide and South East pipelines as well as the Moomba to Port Bonython liquids line. Previously, Michael worked as an Electrical Instrumentation Technician, responsible for field maintenance on pipeline meter stations and gas compressors. Earlier roles include Electrician at ASC, focusing on electrical maintenance of Collins class submarines, and Electrical Instrumentation Technician at BHP Billiton, where responsibilities included maintenance of plant equipment and systems. Michael holds a Higher School Certificate from St Michaels College, completed between 1994 and 1998.
