Denise Hayes has extensive experience in healthcare administration. Denise is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Epic Care - Partners in Comprehensive Care. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Verity Medical Foundation from 2016 to 2018. In 2014, they were the Executive Director of the Management Services Organization at John Muir Physician Network. Denise also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Redwood Regional Medical Group from 2005 to 2014. Before that, they worked at Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic States as the Manager of Primary Care Redesign from 2002 to 2005. Denise also served as the Director of Quality Management & Training at Volunteers of America from 2000 to 2002 and as the Director of Operations at Sutter Ambulatory Care Corporations from 1997 to 2000.

Denise Hayes obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from the University of New Hampshire, where they studied from 1987 to 1990. Denise later pursued higher education at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2006.
