Barbara Rissmiller has extensive experience in administrative and human resources roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Trade Compliance Assistant at Lutron Electronics since January 2017 and a Human Resources Assistant at EPIC Assist since October 2016, Barbara has developed a strong background in compliance and HR processes. Previous positions include a Sales Associate at The Bon Ton Stores Inc., an Administrative Assistant at Termac, and a Sub. Secretary for Special Education at Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit. Earlier career roles include supervisory positions at Cegedim Dendrite and Team Imaging, where Barbara managed data verification teams and customer orders. Barbara also contributed as an Administrative Assistant/Secretary at Lucent Technologies, focusing on HR activities and supporting the product design and development team. Education was pursued at Northampton Community College from 1990 to 1992.
