Simin Kayhan is an accomplished financial leader with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, venture investment, and operations management. Currently serving as Director and Head of FP&A at Volition, a multinational epigenetics company, Simin has also co-founded Paper Lantern Distilling, an award-winning craft spirits company. Simin holds positions as an Investor with Epic Angels, a woman-led angel network, and as a Venture Partner with Zingforce Ventures and Their Capital, focused on investing in female-founded businesses in Southeast Asia. Previous roles include significant finance positions at Elsevier, Engie, John Hancock, and Expat Kitchen. Simin holds an MBA and an MS in Corporate Finance from Bentley University, along with a BS in Statistics from Dokuz Eylul University.
