Kristel Leisalu is an experienced engineering director currently serving at Omniva since September 2023 and is a member of Epic Angels since April 2023. With a robust background in technology and management, Kristel held the head of research position at Viveo from April 2022 to June 2023, contributing to product strategy and growth opportunities. Prior experiences include leading a team of engineers at Pipedrive in building integration platforms, overseeing central services for Eesti Energia, and managing data centers and networks at ENEFIT and Starman AS. Kristel has a strong educational foundation with a Master's degree in IT from the University of Tartu and an extensive list of relevant certifications and coursework.
