Luiz Monteiro is an accomplished healthcare leader with a robust background in management and board leadership. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board and CEO at ePharma since September 1999, Luiz has also held the position of Chairman of the Board at PBMA- Associação Brasileira das Empresas Operadoras de PBM since 2011. Previous leadership roles include President of Sociedade Paulista de Cirurgia Pediátrica from 1992 to 1994 and Director at Federação das Unimeds do Estado de S. Paulo from 1986 to 1990. Luiz Monteiro earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from UNESP - Faculdade de Medicina de Botucatu between 1972 and 1977.
