Jim Nguyen is an accomplished IT specialist with extensive experience in various technical roles. Currently serving at EPE USA since October 2022, Jim has previously held significant positions in organizations such as Giulianos Bakery, Teletrac, and various medical clinics, where responsibilities included managing server systems, Active Directory, VPNs, and network infrastructure. A solid foundation in technical support and customer service was established at Teletrac, where Jim advanced through roles from Customer Service Representative II to Technical Support II. Additionally, experience encompasses hardware troubleshooting, website management, and working closely with vendors to enhance company operations.
