Felix Nam has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2005 as an Operational Specialist at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services. In this role, they handled customer complaints, managed customs declarations, and identified new business opportunities. From 2008 to 2012, Felix worked at Pomina Flat Steel as a Regional Branch Manager, where they reported activities, implemented environmental management systems, and developed risk management programs. Felix then moved to ITL (Indo Trans Logistics Corporation) as a Branch Manager, overseeing import and sales processes, establishing market targets, and preparing budgets. As a Marketing Manager at Kansai S.A. - TOYOTA Official Dealership from 2014 to 2017, Felix focused on finding potential clients, analyzing supply chains, and coordinating customer service. Most recently, Felix held the position of Sales Manager at JFE Steel Corporation, where they coordinated with company resources, managed accounts receivable and debts, and developed new distributors. Currently, Felix serves as the Chief Sales Officer at EPE USA, responsible for sales team development, expanding the customer base, and achieving maximum profitability and growth.
Felix Nam has a diverse education history. Felix began their academic journey at Vietnam Maritime University from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Navigation Department. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Hanoi University of Science and Technology from 2012 to 2015. Wanting to further expand their knowledge, Felix then studied English Language and Literature/Letters at Hai Phong University from 2016 to 2017, earning another Bachelor's degree.
In terms of additional certifications, Felix obtained the title of Chief Operating Officer/General Manager from the National Economics University (NEU) Vietnam in February 2009.
