Volha Shautsova has extensive experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as an Engineering Manager at EPAM Systems since September 2018, with previous roles as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Developer. Prior experience includes a position as a Software Engineer at EPAM Systems from October 2016 to March 2018 and as a Master's student at Otto-von-Guericke University from March 2018 to August 2018, specializing in nonlinear optimization problems. Volha holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from Belarusian State University (2017-2019) and another Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Otto-von-Guericke University (2018). Additionally, Volha obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Belarusian State University (2013-2017).
