Rafique Ahmed possesses extensive experience in quality management and software services, currently serving as a Manager and formerly as an Associate Quality Manager at Integra Software Services Private Ltd since October 2016. Previous roles include Shift Manager at Aptara, where Rafique oversaw multiple service lines such as financial publishing and E-learning, while also mentoring team leads in resource and productivity management. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Alagappa University and a 12th-grade education in Science from St. Loyola School.
