Kristina Zivich currently serves as the Director of Business Development for EPAM Systems, a role held since November 2021, where focus is on navigating complex digital transformation projects for demanding customer requirements. Prior to EPAM Systems, Kristina held multiple positions at FFW, advancing from Director to Senior Director of Business Development, specializing in new business expansion for the enterprise and midmarket sectors in the US East. Previous experience includes web strategy and digital sales for Orbit Media Studios, Inc., as well as a self-employed business development strategist supporting agencies and SMBs with brand growth. Kristina's background also features roles in lead sales and general management for global retailers prior to 2013. Educational accomplishments include a Certificate in Behavioral Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Communications from Marquette University.
