Jaime Nino Pena is an accomplished Data Delivery Manager and Resource Manager at EPAM Systems, focusing on the successful delivery of data solutions and leading multidisciplinary teams globally since June 2022. Additionally, Jaime serves as a University Lecturer at Universidad Externado de Colombia, teaching graduate courses in Machine Learning for Finance and Advanced Topics in Finance. Previous roles include Integration and Development Lead at J.S. Held LLC, where serverless cloud solutions were developed, and Lead Data Scientist for the Colombian National Tax Bureau DIAN, directing a team in designing tax fraud risk models. Jaime also holds significant experience as a Data Scientist at PSL and has contributed to various analytical and big data projects in both public and private sectors. Education includes a PhD in Computer Science from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, an MBA from QUT, and a Diploma in Business Intelligence from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
