Edward Rockwell serves as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at EPAM Systems since October 2018. Prior to this role, Edward was the Vice President of Legal at Red Hat, managing a global team of attorneys supporting various operations and transactions. Edward's experience includes serving as General Counsel and Vice President of Legal and Human Resources at DDN Storage and holding multiple key legal positions at Hewlett-Packard, where responsibilities ranged from providing global legal support for software licensing to managing large teams across the Americas. Edward's legal career began with roles at Circuit City Stores, Inc. and a litigation firm, as well as serving as a Law Clerk for the Supreme Court of Virginia. Edward holds a BA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a JD from the University of Richmond School of Law.
