Iya Novikova has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Iya started their career at Salans as Deputy General Director, overseeing daily office operations and managing support departments. Iya then joined The World Bank as Team Leader in the Loans Division, supervising teams, managing loan projects, and ensuring compliance with bank policies. Novikova later worked as Director of Recruitment & HR at Staffwell, where they were responsible for personnel management and internal recruitment. Currently, they serve as Executive Director at EPAM Law Offices, where they have held multiple roles, including HR Director and Executive Director, overseeing firm operations, finance, IT, public relations, and HR. Novikova has a strong focus on HR, developing strategies, implementing policies, and managing HR budgets.

Iya Novikova holds a BA degree in International Management from Pace University-New York.
