Hsin Chieh (Jay) Pan is an experienced developer specializing in blockchain technology and software engineering. Currently serving as Blockchain Lead Developer at EoT Labs since June 2021, Jay focuses on advancing the Economy of Things by migrating IoT applications from Web2 to Web3. Since January 2019, Jay has also held the position of Backend/Blockchain Team Lead at peaq, where responsibilities include defining feature scopes, designing public blockchain architecture, and leading development teams on smart contract implementations. Prior experience includes roles at Synology as Senior Software Product Developer, with work centered on mail server performance and compatibility improvements. Jay holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Taiwan University.
