Brian Costanzo, CAE, serves as the Community Products and Operations Director at EOS Worldwide since June 2024, focusing on empowering business leaders to achieve growth through the Entrepreneurial Operating System. Previously, Costanzo held the position of National Director, School & Community Partnerships at BUILD, where a commitment to inspiring youth and enhancing self-confidence was paramount. As President & CEO of SOCAP International, strategic leadership was provided to strengthen a $2M organization. An extensive career includes significant roles at Entrepreneurs' Organization, where leadership of global membership and business development was demonstrated, as well as prior executive positions in the hospitality industry. Costanzo's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and an Associate of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from City College of San Francisco.
