Nadia Alexandra S. has extensive experience in debt recovery and client management, currently serving as a Secure Debts Case Manager at EOS Group since August 2018. In this role, Nadia manages cases through negotiating recovery plans, implementing recovery activities, and promoting the realization of guarantees, while also mediating conflicts and monitoring compliance with payment arrangements. Prior to this position, Nadia worked at EOS KSI Romania as a Senior Collector in the Legal Department, focusing on optimizing debt recovery strategies, and began their career as a Front Desk Officer at Romanian International Bank, where responsibilities included transaction processing and client consultancy. Nadia holds a degree in International Relations and European Studies from Universitatea „Spiru Haret” din București and a diploma as a Pharmacy Assistant from Scoala Sanitara Postliceala.
