Stephan Wieser has extensive experience in operational process management and project management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Team Lead Operational Process Management and Global Process Manager at EOS since October 2021, responsibilities include managing a newly established PMO structure and implementing process management software SYMBIO. Prior to this role, Stephan Wieser worked at Rexel Germany GmbH & Co. KG from August 2016 to September 2021 as Project and Process Manager, overseeing a restructuring program and corporate financial controlling. Earlier experience at L'Oréal from August 2011 to July 2016 included roles as Supply Chain Manager, Strategic Sales Manager, and Sales Trainee, focusing on sales management, cross-divisional project coordination, and customer service within a competitive market.
