Riccardo Olivieri has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the HR Services Lead at EOS since April 2018. Prior roles include Service Lead for Europe and Asia at Biogen from October 2015 to December 2017 and Director of HR Shared Services EMEA at Merck from February 2007 to October 2015. Olivieri has a strong background in managing HR shared services, overseeing regional teams, and leading HR transformation initiatives across EMEA. Other significant positions at Merck include Senior Human Resources Manager EMEAC, Human Resources Manager Mid-Europe, and Compensation & Benefit Senior Manager, with a focus on compensation strategy, project coordination related to HR systems, and stakeholder negotiations. Olivieri began a career as a Business Analyst, driving the implementation of HR systems in Europe. Riccardo holds a Magister degree in Political Sciences from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
