Iana Kyselova is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as the Global HR Business Partner for Rewards and Compensation at EOS since October 2023, Iana focuses on developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. Prior to this, Iana held various leadership roles at Sandoz from June 2011 to December 2023, including Head of People & Organization for Strategy, Portfolio and Business Development, where key contributions involved establishing a new corporate function and building a leadership team. Iana also transformed the Global Portfolio team and defined talent strategies for the Biopharma Business Unit. Earlier career highlights include managerial positions at Philip Morris International, where Iana led global compensation planning projects and established market intelligence functions. Iana holds a Global Remuneration Professional designation from WorldatWork and degrees in International Economics and Production Management from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" in Ukraine.
