Andrews Lijoy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, primarily specializing in tooling and application engineering. Currently serving as the Applied Solutions Manager for APAC at EOS since October 2016, Andrews previously held various roles including Metal Application Lead and Senior Field Application Engineer. Prior to this, Andrews contributed to Interplex Industries, Inc. as Assistant Manager Tooling, overseeing new tool developments for various molding and stamping processes. Experience also includes a significant tenure at G-PLAST (P) LTD as Senior Engineer in charge of tool room operations and roles at NTTF and MoldTech focused on training, design, manufacturing, and maintenance of tools. Andrews began a career as a Tool Maker Trainee at Metal Comps India Pvt Ltd after earning a Diploma in Tool & Die Engineering from Kerala Govt Polytechnic.
