Europa Grace is a dedicated professional in the field of holistic wellness and yoga instruction with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Yoga Instructor at Yoga Garden SF and Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health since 2017, Europa has previously held roles at Canyon Ranch as a Mind Body Instructor/Educator and served as both an intern and faculty assistant at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. Additionally, Europa has taught yoga at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Breathing Room, integrating various styles such as Kripalu, Iyengar, and Vinyasa. With a background as a Holistic Wellness Coach at The Empowerment Exchange, Europa has a strong commitment to teaching yoga and wellness tools in both group and individual settings. Educational qualifications include completion of studies at Kripalu School of Yoga and an Associate of Arts degree from Hudson Valley Community College.
