Keith Rigdon oversees the humanitarian and emergency service programs; medical services and medical staffing programs as well as case management /behavioral health services for individuals and families who may need assistance following a natural disaster, a pandemic outbreak or in a general time of need at the federal, state, and local levels.
As part of the leadership team, Keith Rigdon brings more than 25 years of management experience. Keith has skills in both strategic and operational planning combined with a results-oriented management style and a strong emphasis on human resources and customer service-focused leadership. He has extensive experience as an Operational Leader of large programs. This experience extends across multiple US Government agencies including as a contract leader on projects with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Department of State (DOS). Keith also served in the US Army as a Medical Services Corps Officer both in the United States and overseas, where he was a leader of large medical organizations. His commercial experience includes his time with Acuity as well as Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), where he ran a $30 million dollar portfolio of their healthcare business.
Keith has a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University and Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Western Kentucky University. He is also a graduate of the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) and the US Army Command and General Staff College.
