Isadora Medhat has extensive experience in quality control and technical support, currently serving as QC Team Lead and Senior Quality Control Engineer at envnt. since March 2019. Prior to this position, Isadora worked as a Software Testing Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from February 2016 to March 2019, where responsibilities included clarifying software requirements. Isadora's career began at Dell as a hardware technical support representative, assisting customers with machine repairs from September 2015 to February 2016, and at Vidéotron as a French Technical Support agent, ensuring customer satisfaction for internet, landline, and television services from December 2014 to September 2015. Isadora holds a Master 2 (M2) degree in Ingénierie électrique, électronique et des communications from Université française d'Egypte, completed in 2013.
