Sania Asad is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the Middle East and Africa region. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager for Envista Holdings Corporation since October 2024, Sania has previously held multiple positions at Smiths Group plc from August 2015 to October 2024, including Employee Engagement Lead and Global Rewards and Talent Mobility Partner. Prior experience includes positions at Echelon General Insurance Company as a Human Resources Generalist and at EMDAD LLC as a Human Resources Business Partner, along with early career roles at ABN Amro Bank. Sania holds an M.B.A from the Institute of Business Management and several certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Oxford and GIA and PPA Analyst certifications from Thomas International North America.
