Ruijia Mao is an experienced data scientist and analyst with a robust background in data engineering, growth marketing, and credit risk management. Currently serving as Lead Data Scientist at Envisso since September 2024, Ruijia previously held the title of Lead Growth Analyst at Capital on Tap, where responsibilities included ownership of direct marketing channels and building comprehensive data models for customer-level gross margin. With earlier roles at Zopa in credit risk management and Capital One in business analysis, Ruijia demonstrated expertise in developing predictive models and intervention strategies. Ruijia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
