Balraj Guraya is an experienced education recruitment professional with a career spanning over a decade. As the Founder and Managing Director of Envision Education since November 2014, Balraj Guraya has focused on recruiting and placing education professionals in primary, secondary, and special schools across London and the Home Counties. Prior to this role, Balraj Guraya served as Divisional Operations Manager at Capita Education Resourcing for a brief period in 2014 and held the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel from June 2010 to April 2014. Earlier experience includes working as a Membership Sales Representative at Leisure Connection Ltd from June 2006 to June 2010. Balraj Guraya is a graduate of Dormers Wells High School.
