Yash Bansal is a seasoned software engineer and IT manager with extensive experience in backend development and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at EnviroSpark Energy Solutions and IT Manager at Deel since June 2024, Yash previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Dataloop AI and Lead Software Engineer at H1, where leadership of a technical team and collaboration with executive management were key responsibilities. Yash has also contributed to significant projects at PayPal, including implementing a token-based rate limiting system, and gained early experience through internships at Petasense, Birla Institute of Technology and Science, and ValueFirst Digital Media.
