With extensive experience in safety and operations management, Todd has previously worked as the Director of Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality at Savage Services, achieving an impressive 82% reduction in safety occurrences under their leadership. Todd's background includes various roles in operations and safety management across companies such as Brahma Group, UPS, and others, with a consistent focus on strategic planning, compliance, and employee development. Todd earned a BA in Spanish and Psychology from Lamar University.
