Martin Hilovsky is an environmental scientist with a wide range of experience in environmental control and monitoring. As a founder and Chairman of EnviroScience, his responsibilities include business development, facilitating contact between the board and the executive team, and serving as a technical resource on special projects and initiatives. While with SAIC, he directed and worked on a wide variety of projects involving solid and hazardous waste, underground storage tanks and water pollution for NASA’s Glen Research Center. With the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, he worked in the Division of Water Pollution Control and gained considerable experience in the design and operation of water pollution control facilities. Although his primary areas of expertise are lake management and water pollution control, he has received extensive training in other environmental areas such as emergency response, site remediation, CERCLA, RCRA, and wetland design/construction.
