Lucia Ballon-Becerra is a dedicated professional with experience in project coordination and program support within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as Project Coordinator for the Biodiversity Portfolio at Environmental Incentives, LLC since November 2022, Lucia previously held roles as Senior Program Assistant and Program Assistant at Social Impact, focusing on strategy, performance, and learning, as well as the USAID Food Security Service Center II. Prior experience includes positions as Program Assistant and Program Intern at the International Center for Journalists, where efforts concentrated on Latin America and the Caribbean. Lucia Ballon-Becerra earned a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
