Jeffery Carr is a seasoned professional in municipal engineering with extensive experience in project management. Currently serving as the Municipal Services Manager at Environmental Design Group since August 2022, Carr previously held the position of Director of Municipal Engineering and Project Manager at ADR & Associates, Ltd. from January 2004 to August 2022, overseeing various water and wastewater development projects. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at P.C. Simonton Associates, Inc. and serving as a Technical Engineer Supervisor in the US Army from October 1989 to October 1995. Carr holds an engineering degree from Central Ohio Technical College and graduated from Licking Valley High School in 1989.
