Chris Morgan has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. In 2009, they started as a Software Engineer at XM Solutions, where they gained experience in Python-based web applications. Chris then worked at Scripture Union as a Team Lead and Project Manager, overseeing multiple social programs and working in a culturally diverse setting. Chris later joined Schneider Electric as a Scrum Master and Project Lead, where they led and worked on various projects, from concept to conclusion. At CGI, they continued their agile work as a Consultant, leading multiple Agile teams and mentoring less experienced employees. Chris then joined The General® as a Senior Agile Scrum Master, facilitating an agile transformation and ensuring high-quality delivery of software. Currently, they work at Environmental 360, Inc. as the Director of Technology.
