Janice De Jong is an experienced leader in customer care and client services with a strong background in managing teams and driving performance improvements. Currently serving as Head of Customer Care at enviolo since May 2024, Janice previously held the position of Client Success Director at Convious and managed customer experience teams at Catawiki, focusing on international and Chinese markets. Janice's career also includes roles such as Head of Client Services at JCDecaux Africa and Managing Director at Graphic Wizard Group, showcasing a diverse skill set in operations, strategy, and client relationship management. Early entrepreneurial experience was gained as the owner of Bond Works, specializing in bond originations. Janice completed education at Stellenberg High School and received additional training at JCDecaux.
