Marc Cauberg has extensive experience in supporting individuals with significant barriers to employment, primarily through various roles in re-integration coaching and job placement. Previous roles include Re-integratiebegeleider at viaWMO, where Marc developed reintegration trajectories for clients with physical and psychological disabilities, and as a Recruiter/jobcoach at Jobstap, assisting clients from various backgrounds. Marc's career also includes significant positions at Adelante Arbeidsre-integratie, where responsibilities ranged from coaching to outplacement, as well as experience in healthcare as a nurse.
