Roselinde van Berkel has extensive experience in the fields of communication and youth care. Currently, Roselinde serves as a Medewerker servicedesk at Enver since January 2018, bridging the gap between caregivers and staff services. As project leader for the 'customer journey' initiative of Rotterdamse Zorg, recognized as one of the top eight proposals, Roselinde aims to address staffing shortages in youth care. Prior roles include improving internal service quality as a Medewerker servicedesk and Medewerker communicatie at Stichting TriviumLindenhof, and working as a pedagogical staff member with youth. Roselinde has also contributed to the field as a columnist for Sargasso.nl, sharing insights on youth care. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in HBO-SPH from Haagse Hogeschool and a communication junior advisor certification from SRM.
