Marlous Roodnat has over 16 years of experience in program management and consultation within the foster care sector at Enver, holding titles such as Programmamanager, Programma adviseur pleegzorg en gezinsvormen, and pleegzorgbegeleider, focusing on the recruitment, training, and support of foster parents while also developing and innovating foster care practices. Additionally, Marlous served as a Coach at Health Innovation School from June 2021 to April 2023.
