Kristian Alvarado has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kristian worked as a Product Designer at Software Allies from 2012 to 2014, where they focused on user experience design. Prior to that, they served as a Creative Director at Mind Seed from 2011 to 2012 and as a UI Designer at MIA Creativos from 2010 to 2011. Kristian also had the role of Senior Designer at Heaven/Amnesia from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they have worked as a freelance UX and Product Design Specialist, sharpening their web and design skills with a focus on WordPress. In 2014, Kristian joined Ooyala as a Product Designer, responsible for defining the product vision and ensuring consistent customer experiences. From 2016 to 2019, they were part of Wepow, first as a Senior Product Manager and later as the Head of Product Management, leading major recruitment projects for notable brands. In 2019, OutMatch acquired Wepow, and Kristian transitioned into the role of Product Manager, where they focused on talent analytics and video interviewing solutions. Most recently, they joined Envato as the Director of Product for Placeit in 2019, overseeing the improvement of the product value through user feedback, data analysis, and research.

Kristian Alvarado earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Multi-disciplinary Design with a specialization in Human-centered Design from the University of Utah, where they attended from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their degree, Kristian also obtained certifications in State Marketing - A and State Marketing - B from the State of Utah in March 2000.
