Roger McDermott serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of the Republic of Ireland Division at Enva, where responsibilities include overseeing operations in Hazardous Waste and Resource Recovery, Industrial Services, Water Services, and Energy Recovery. Prior experience at ESB involved managing Biomass and Energy from Waste Projects and developing Electric Ireland's Smarter Living Programme. Roger’s background also includes roles in energy services and heating management, and prior to these positions, significant achievements in bioenergy project design were made at Clearpower Limited. Roger holds qualifications including a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from University College Dublin, an MBA from Dublin City University, and completed the Chartered Director Programme and Advanced Management Practice Programme.
