Jean-François Zeebroek has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as a Service Desk Officer at ENTSO-E since May 2013. Previous roles include IT Support Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, where responsibilities encompassed 1st and 2nd line infrastructure IT support, along with MS Office, hardware, and telephony support. Jean-François held roles at UITP focusing on IT support and project management, and was a Manager at Zconcept while also co-founding VRcontext s.a. as an IT & Project Manager. Early career experience includes working as a 3D CAD consultant at Tractebel Engineering. Jean-François Zeebroek holds a degree from the Institut supérieur d'Architecture 'Saint-Luc' de Wallonie - Site de Tournai (1987-1991).
