Andy Freeman has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as the Director of IT User Experience Engineering at Entrust since July 2024, where the focus is on enhancing the user experience for employees worldwide. Prior to this role, Andy Freeman held the position of Director of IT at Onfido since February 2016, overseeing internal IT support during significant company growth. Andy Freeman began the career at Varndean School as an IT Support Technician and later worked as a Support Specialist at Jayex Technology, providing remote support for healthcare software.
