Katie Schiavi, WELL AP, currently serves as the Director of Strategic Growth at Entro since April 2024. Prior to this role, Katie was the Director of Business Development and Project Management at Avison Young from July 2022 to March 2024. Katie has extensive experience at OTJ Architects, holding various positions from Senior Associate to Regional Director of Business Development from January 2011 to July 2022, where strategic growth initiatives were cultivated and implemented. Earlier professional experiences include Associate Director at The Advisory Board Company and Senior Account Manager at Varsity Group Inc./Follett Higher Education Group. Katie began a career at Resolvit Resources as a Corporate Administrator. Katie holds a B.S. in Human Services from the University of Delaware and completed additional studies at the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design at The George Washington University in 2013.
