Sarah Yen is an experienced legal professional with a focus on corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Entrepreneur First since June 2021, Sarah supports the development of startups by investing in exceptional individuals. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Solicitor at Kindrik Partners, where Sarah contributed to the firm’s expansion into Singapore, and as a Solicitor at Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, specializing in banking and financial services. Additional roles at esteemed firms such as O'Melveny & Myers LLP and Hogan Lovells provided exposure to capital markets, business restructuring, and contract review. Sarah holds an LLB (Hons) and BA in German from The University of Auckland and has pursued continuous education in law and language.
