Joe Falter is an experienced investor and advisor with a diverse background in entrepreneurship and management. Currently serving as an Investor and Advisor since 2019 and a Venture Partner at Entrepreneur First since February 2023, Joe co-founded Zapp and held roles such as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer. Joe was also the Executive Vice President of On-Demand Services at Jumia Group from October 2012 to June 2020, contributing to the company’s IPO in April 2019. Previous roles include advising Otlob.com during its acquisition by Delivery Hero, co-founding a design-focused shopping club at Rocket Internet, and working as a partner at Cogn8, where Joe won The Grocer's Product Launch of the Year award in 2011. Joe's early career includes a management consultant position at McKinsey & Company and a summer analyst role at Lazard. Joe earned a BSc in Government & Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
