Jeffrey Capes is a seasoned quality engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance and support analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Engineer at Entersekt since April 2022, Jeffrey has previously held QA Analyst positions at RapidDeploy and HealthQ Technologies from March 2020 to February 2020, and December 2017 to February 2020, respectively. Prior to these roles, Jeffrey accumulated valuable support experience at Qorus Software, advancing from Junior Support Analyst to Senior Support Analyst between May 2012 and November 2017. Jeffrey holds a Higher National Certificate from CTI (2010 - 2012) and studied at Abbotts College from 2007 to 2009.
