Chad Knefelkamp has over 16 years of experience at Enterprise Holdings, currently serving as a Product Manager responsible for the governance of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and compliance with relevant standards. Previously, Chad held roles including Lead IT Problem Coordinator, where immediate response and coordination of problem resolution were key responsibilities, and Senior IT Problem Coordinator. Chad's career began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as an IT Problem Coordinator and Client Server Installation Technician. Chad earned a B.S. in Psychology and Marketing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville between 1986 and 1990.
